一前言 JX—120汽车是江西省从日本引进《五十铃》汽车产品图纸,经国产化后的车型。当时由江西汽车底盘厂承担底盘试制任务。在试制过程中,制动器底板的冷冲压成形是一大难题。因为该零件形状颇为复杂(见图1)。所涉及的工序有落料、冲孔、成形、修边、内外缘翻边、整形、压印等。根据引进产品零件的冲压痕迹分析和有关资料证实,日本生产这个零件的工艺是采用两次拉深和一次整形。经过仔细分析认为,即使国产中厚钢板塑性较差,只要采取一定的工艺措施,一次拉深即可成形。其工艺过程是落料和冲孔、拉深成形、修边和修孔,内外缘翻边和整形及压印、冲其余各孔(见图2)。经生产实践
