我县是丝虫病的流行地区,乳糜尿病人较多。我科采用腹股沟浅淋巴结—大隐静脉吻合术治疗4例乳糜尿病人,疗效较好,现报告如下。手术方法清洁消毒手术区皮肤,在连续硬膜外麻醉下,于两侧卵圆窝处作一纵形切口,切开皮肤、皮下组织,仔细解剖出大隐静脉及其外侧的淋巴结。在解剖淋巴结时不要损伤输入、输出淋巴管,也不要游离出整个淋巴结。分离静脉时可结扎切断其分支,使之吻合时无张力,同时仔细将拟作吻合处的大隐静脉血管外膜分清楚。将淋巴结靠近静脉的一极分出,并剪除椭圆
