本文是研究圆柱形螺旋弹簧受侧向截荷前时的应力和变形情况,文章中详细推导了圆柱形螺旋弹簧受侧向载荷时的变形和强度的设计计算公式,并对弹簧受侧向载荷与受轴向载荷时的变形进行了比较,研究结果表明,通过合理地选择弹簧的受载形式,可大大减少所需的弹簧圈数,从而可节约材料,降低成本,并减小按装弹簧所需要的空间。
In this paper, we study the stress and deformation of a cylindrical helical spring before it is subjected to a lateral load.
