早在十几年前就有人注意到,免疫复合物(IC)除了能中和抗原、加速清除抗原和活化补体之外,还能通过细胞上的抗原受体、(Fc受体和补体受体)与淋巴细胞相互作用,进而影响淋巴细胞活化。后来,许多学者开展了这方面的工作,所得到的结果表明:IC对淋巴细胞活化的影响是依据抗原抗体的分子比例、复合物上决定簇的密度、抗原空间和化学构型以及抗体的质量、类型和亲合力的不同而表现出抑制作用或促进作用的。近年来的研究表明,IC可以通过各种途径影响淋巴细胞活化。是免疫调控的一个重要组成部分。本文着重讨论IC对T、B淋巴细胞活化的影响,并且对可能的调控机制做简要叙述。
