双J导管对输尿管狭窄的治疗报告很多,但对非手术条件下用双J导管治疗输尿管狭窄报告较少。本文重点简述在非手术条件下通过双J导管用导丝做引导,因导丝前方为软可变形易通过狭窄段。再将双J导管套在导丝上,后方加推进管将双J导管送入输尿管。在狭窄段形成支架,让狭窄段修复后再拔出双J导管。
Double-J catheters have reported a great deal of treatment of ureteral strictures, but fewer reports of ureteral stricture with double-J catheters under non-surgical conditions. This article focuses on the non-surgical conditions through the double J catheter guide wire to do the guide, because the front of the guide wire is soft and easily transmissible through the narrow segment. Then double J catheter set in the guide wire, the rear plus push tube will double J catheter into the ureter. In the narrow section of the stent, so that the narrow section of the repair and then pull out double J catheter.
