本文以河北省怀来县沙城镇农业产业化为例 ,分析了沙城镇农业产业化的三种典型模式 ,认为农业产业化是企业与农村经济协调发展的有效途径 ,但农业产业化组织制度的缺陷却严重影响着企业与农村经济协调发展机制的形成。在总结沙城镇的经验和教训的基础上 ,作者概括出企业与农户结合的三种形式 :龙头企业 +农户、龙头企业 +中介组织 +农户、龙头企业 +农业大户 +农户 ,并提出了农业产业化组织制度的创新要注重五个因素 ,即 :中介组织机构、龙头企业规模、农户信誉、资产纽带和政府职能。
Taking the agricultural industrialization in Shacheng Town, Huailai County, Hebei Province as an example, this paper analyzes three typical patterns of agricultural industrialization in Shacheng Town, and considers that agricultural industrialization is an effective way for the coordinated development of enterprises and rural economy. However, the system of agricultural industrialization organizations Defects have a serious impact on the formation of a mechanism for the coordinated development of enterprises and rural economy. On the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of Shacheng Town, the author summarizes three forms of combining enterprise with peasant household: leading enterprise + peasant household, leading enterprise + intermediary organization + peasant household, leading enterprise + agricultural big household + peasant household, and puts forward agricultural industry Organizational innovation should pay attention to five factors, namely: intermediary organizations, the size of leading enterprises, farmer credit, asset bonds and government functions.
