Tumor is a malignant disease that originates from monoclonal cells and proliferates indefinitely. Although the tumor cells in tumor tissue originate from the same cell, their biological characteristics are different. Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are a very small number of cells that exist in the tumor and are a subset of tumor cells that play key roles in the development, maintenance, invasion, metastasis and drug resistance of tumors. CSCs can differentiate into non-tumorigenic cells which occupy the majority of the tumor. The latter only maintain the tumor volume and have no proliferative capacity or limited proliferative capacity. It is very difficult for ectopic inoculation to form new tumors [1]. CSC is the driving cell of tumor formation and development. Head
