利用基因枪轰击水稻京引119未成熟胚获得转基因水稻植株B-119,经连续自交至T5代仍可稳定保持对Basta的抗性。采用人工杂交、回交转育等途径也可将转基因植株的bar基因导入杂交水稻恢复系。使用bar基因的恢复系所配制的杂交稻组合,秧苗期喷施0.25%Basta药剂,可以有效清除混杂在杂交稻中的假杂交种,从而保证大田生产的纯度。研究结果对于拓宽杂交稻特别是两系杂交稻不育系的应用范围,展现出广泛的应用前景。
Transgenic rice plants B-119 were obtained by bombardment of immature embryos of Jingyin 119 with particle bombardment. The resistance to Basta was maintained steadily by continuous selfing to T5 generation. The bar gene of the transgenic plants can also be introduced into the hybrid rice restorer lines by artificial crossing, backcrossing and other methods. The hybrid rice combinations with bar gene restorer lines were sprayed with 0.25% Basta at the seedling stage to effectively eliminate the false hybrids mixed with hybrid rice and ensure the purity of field production. The research results have wide application prospects for widening the application range of hybrid rice, especially two-line hybrid rice CMS lines.
