为解决超细金属粉固体润滑剂的稳定性问题,分析了单个粉末颗粒和超细金属粉末在液体中实现稳定分散和悬浮的条件.结果表明,表面未包覆的粉末在液相中很难稳定存在,而表面包覆的超细金属粉末由于粉末表面吸附层产生的空间位阻效应,且在吸附层厚度大于4.2nm时,超细金属粉末才能在润滑油中实现稳定的悬浮.
In order to solve the problem of the stability of ultrafine metal powder solid lubricant, the conditions of stable dispersion and suspension of single powder particles and ultrafine metal powder in liquid were analyzed. The results show that the uncoated powder is not stable in the liquid phase and the surface-coated ultrafine metal powder has a steric hindrance effect due to the adsorption layer on the powder surface. When the thickness of the adsorption layer is more than 4.2 nm, Ultrafine metal powder in the lubricant to achieve a stable suspension.
