千22块莲花油层1992年3月以蒸汽吞吐方式投入开发,1995年进入吞吐开发后期,区块日产油67t/d,综合含水83.2%,采油速度0.87%,采出程度25.3%,年度油汽比仅为0.2左右。1996年7月开始实施注水开发,总体水驱效果较差。造成水驱效果差的主要原因是由于千22块为稠油油藏,采用常规水驱受效不明显。为此进行交替注采可行性研究,在注采对应关系较好的西部井区开展了交替注采试验。与交替注采试验前对比,取得了明显增油降水效果,提高了区块采收率。
