发动机试验的数据采集和处理,是评价和改进发动机性能的前提。随着发动机技术的不断发展,对发动机试验的精度和效率提出了越来越高的要求。以往发动机试验数据的获取,主要是通过模拟仪表,人工读数,这样就存在着模拟表针的指示误差和人工读数的误差。而且由于采集的点多而分散,使数据的读取不便。特别是在数据的处理和绘制特性曲线的过程中,由于外界和人的主观因素的影响,更不可避免地要出现一些误差。这些误差往往会导致错误的结论,从而给发动机的特性分析带来一定困难。所以有必要采用一种新的方法,克服不利因素,减小以致消除各种误差。基于这种想法,我们用微机对发动机试验的数据采集和处理进行了尝试,有效的提高了试验的精度和效率。

With the continuous development of engine technology, higher and higher requirements are put forward on the accuracy and efficiency of engine tests. Previous engine test data acquisition, mainly through the analog meter, manual reading, so there is the analog meter error and manual reading error indication. And because of the collection of more and scattered, so that the data read inconvenience. Especially in the process of data processing and drawing characteristic curves, due to the influence of the subjective factors of the outside world and people, some errors are inevitable. These errors often lead to wrong conclusions, resulting in certain characteristics of the engine analysis difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a new method to overcome the unfavorable factors and reduce or eliminate various errors. Based on this idea, we use the computer to test the engine data acquisition and processing attempts to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the test.
