课堂教学中如何关注学生的个体差异,是个较难面对的问题。学生由于先天的素质和后天所处的文化环境、家庭背景不同,存在着差异性。教师在遵循教育规律对学生进行教育的同时,必须打破以往按统一模式塑造学生的传统做法,关注每一个或每一类学生的特殊性,并在此基础上实施分层教学,采取分类辅导的方式,设计层次练习,满足不同学生的学习需求,使每个学生得到充分的发展。 How to pay attention to the individual differences of students in classroom teaching is a more difficult problem to face.
