目的建立固相微萃取-顶空气相色谱法测定血中苯浓度。方法 1.0ml血样以顶空瓶密封,60℃下平衡30min后用固相微萃取(SPME)装置顶空固相微萃取后进样。结果该方法的回归方程为Y=4.73×10-5X+0.0892,r=0.9995,苯在0~10μmol/L的范围内有良好的线性关系;检测限0.12μmol/L;高、中、低3种不同浓度血样的精密度试验RSD分别为4.37%、5.13%和6.21%;高、中、低3种不同加标量血样的回收率试验分别为96.2%、108.0%和91.3%。结论该方法适用于血液中苯的测定。
Objective To establish a solid phase microextraction - headspace gas chromatographic determination of blood benzene concentration. Methods A 1.0 ml blood sample was sealed with a headspace bottle and equilibrated at 60 ° C for 30 minutes before being injected with a headspace solid-phase micro-extraction using a solid-phase microextraction (SPME) device. Results The regression equation of this method was Y = 4.73 × 10-5X + 0.0892, r = 0.9995. The linear range of benzene was in the range of 0 ~ 10μmol / L. The detection limit was 0.12μmol / L. The RSD of precision test of different blood samples was 4.37%, 5.13% and 6.21%, respectively. The recovery rates of high, medium and low blood samples were 96.2%, 108.0% and 91.3% respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of benzene in blood.
