各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局:2008年9月-10月,福建省三明市第二医院连续发生麻醉医疗安全事件,后果严重,影响恶劣。为了警示全国医疗机构,防止此类事件再次发生,保证患者医疗安全,经研究,决定对福建省三明市卫生局和三明市第二医院予以通报批评。2008
Health Bureaus of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Health Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: From September to October in 2008, anesthesia medical security incidents continued to occur in the Second Hospital of Sanming City, Fujian Province, resulting in serious consequences and bad influence. In order to warn the medical institutions throughout the country to prevent such incidents from happening again and ensure the medical safety of patients, after research, it was decided to make a public criticism of Sanming City Health Bureau and Sanming Second Hospital. 2008
