有源频率选择表面可以作为精密电磁仪器的外壳,根据外界环境的变化,调节通带的频率,达到滤波的目的,从而降低外界环境对于仪器内部的干扰,不影响仪器的正常工作。本文利用在四边缝隙加载PIN二极管的技术,设计了一种新型的开关型有源频率选择表面,其通带在0.6GHz到3.2GHz的范围内可调,并且可以保证透射系数均大于0.7。相比传统的有源频率选择表面,该型表面在宽带内中心频率可调方面具有更强的灵活性,对于实际电磁兼容中滤波功能的实现,具有一定的可行性和参考价值。
The active frequency selection surface can be used as the shell of the precision electromagnetic instrument. According to the change of the external environment, the frequency of the pass band can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of filtering, thereby reducing the interference of the external environment to the internal of the instrument and not affecting the normal operation of the instrument. In this paper, we design a new type of switched active frequency selective surface by using the technique of PIN diodes in the four sides of the gap. The passband is tunable in the range of 0.6GHz to 3.2GHz, and the transmission coefficient can be guaranteed to be greater than 0.7. Compared with the traditional active frequency selective surface, this type of surface has more flexibility in adjusting the center frequency in the broadband, and has certain feasibility and reference value for the realization of the filter function in the actual electromagnetic compatibility.
