为深入了解纵筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响,对3根不同锈蚀程度和1根未锈蚀的钢筋混凝土梁进行跨中加载试验。首先,利用静电流加速试验,即将试件浸泡在3%Na Cl溶液中并外加直流电,通过控制通电时间,获取不同锈蚀程度的钢筋混凝土梁。然后,采用简支梁静力试验分析纵筋锈蚀程度、锈胀裂缝平均宽度和最大宽度对梁抗剪承载力的影响,并与其他相关研究进行对比分析。研究表明:试验梁的抗剪承载力随着锈蚀率、锈胀裂缝平均宽度或锈胀裂缝最大宽度的增大而减小。试验梁的破坏形态由剪跨比决定,纵筋锈蚀程度只影响试验梁抗剪承载力的大小,不对试验梁的破坏形态产生影响。
In order to gain a better understanding of the influence of longitudinal reinforcement corrosion on the shear performance of RC beams, three mid-span loading tests were carried out on three RC beams with different corrosion degree and one un-corroded RC beam. First of all, the use of static current acceleration test, the sample is immersed in 3% Na Cl solution and applied DC, by controlling the power time, access to different degrees of corrosion of reinforced concrete beams. Then, the influence of the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion, the average width of the crack and the maximum width on the shear capacity of the beam are analyzed by the static test of simple supported beams, and compared with other related studies. The research shows that the shear capacity of the test beam decreases with the increase of the corrosion rate, the average width of the rusting crack or the maximum width of the corrosion crack. The failure mode of the test beam is determined by the shear-span ratio. The longitudinal reinforcement corrosion only affects the shear capacity of the test beam, and does not affect the failure mode of the test beam.
