本文测定了苯的同系物在甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、乙腈和四氢呋喃分别与水组成两元流动相中,不同配比和不同柱温在ODS柱上的保留体积,用反磁化率的二次曲线法求取反相液相色谱的死体积。用同系物的校正保留值与碳数间的线性关系进行校验,相关系数接近于1。结果表明死体积与流动相种类、配比和柱温等因素有关。
In this paper, the retention volume of benzene homologues in methanol, ethanol, propanol, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran, respectively, in binary mobile phase with different proportions and different column temperatures on ODS column was measured. Curve method for determining the dead volume of reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Calibration was performed using the linear relationship between the corrected retention of the homologues and the carbon number, with a correlation coefficient close to 1. The results showed that the dead volume was related to the type of mobile phase, the ratio and column temperature.
