本文首先介绍了超导体技术的应用及发展,并把Josephson效应及由此而产生的超导电子学应用做为重点,目的在于引起人们对超导技术的重要前景在认识上有所飞跃。介绍了超导物理的基本现象和传统理论,对于超导材料,做了较系统的叙述,着重介绍了超导薄膜的近期研究进展和应用。为了使读者易于了解和内容简捷,有意避开了繁难的理论数学推导而重用唯象概念,这样或许给读者以有用的参考。
This paper first introduces the application and development of superconductor technology, and focuses on the Josephson effect and the resulting application of superconductor electronics. The purpose of this article is to lead to a leap in understanding the important prospect of superconducting technology. The basic phenomena and the traditional theory of superconductivity physics are introduced. For the superconducting materials, a systematic description is given, and the recent research progress and application of superconducting thin films are emphatically introduced. In order to make readers easy to understand and content is simple, deliberately avoid the complicated theory of mathematical deduction and reuse of the concept of the concept, so perhaps to readers with a useful reference.
