一、前言 熔化的钎焊料借助毛细管作用在接头间隙中浸透,而形成“钎接接头”是钎焊的基本点,为此熔化的钎焊料必须很好地润湿接合的部件。在钎焊加热循环中全部待钎焊区域、被钎焊部件表面应防止氧化、渗碳或氮化,必须保持清洁。还要根据钎焊料合金元素的成分,来控制其挥发等等,总之控制钎焊气体介质是很必要的。 I. INTRODUCTION Melted brazing material saturates through the joint gap by capillary action, and forming a “brazed joint” is the basic point of brazing, for which reason the molten brazing material must wet well the joined parts. In the brazing heating cycle to be brazed all the areas to be brazed parts surface should prevent oxidation, carburizing or nitriding, must be kept clean. But also according to the composition of the brazing alloy elements to control its volatility and so on, in short, control of brazing gas medium is necessary.
