多年来,在国外“雁行形态”理论已成为解释亚太地区经济增长机制的一个时髦理论。其实,“雁行形态”理论只不过是一个形象化的概括,虽有些合理的内核,但不是内容充实、体系完备的符合亚太地区经济发展规律的科学理论。一、“雁行形态”理论主张以垂直分工为基础的等距离发展“雁行形态”(Fiying Gese Pattern)理论亦称“雁行机制”或“雁行模式”,是日本学者赤松要创立的一种发展阶段理论。这一理论在日本学术界颇为流行,成为日本一些学者解释亚太地区经济发展阶段和产业发展阶段的一种“经典”。日本著名经济学者大来佐武郎认为,利用日、美共同领导实现的“雁行模式完美地反映了太平洋地区发展的特色”,
Over the years, the theory of “geese” in foreign countries has become a fashionable theory to explain the economic growth mechanism in the Asia Pacific region. Actually, the theory of “geese ’formation” is only a visual summary. Although it has some reasonable cores, it is not a scientific theory that is comprehensive in content and well in line with the law of economic development in the Asia Pacific region. First, the theory of “geese flying form” advocates equidistant development based on the vertical division of labor. The theory of “flying geese” (also called “geese flying mechanism” or “geese flying pattern”) is a stage of development for Japanese scholars Akamatsu theory. This theory is quite popular in Japanese academia and has become a “classic” for some Japanese scholars to explain the stage of economic development and industrial development in the Asia-Pacific region. The famous Japanese economist Dai Zuo Wu Lang said that by using the joint leadership of Japan and the United States, the “flying geese model perfectly reflects the characteristics of the development in the Pacific region”
