本文在引言中,主要从过去震害经验说明抗震对策对减轻地震灾害的重要意义。尔后分别论证了应根据建筑物地震破坏机理,采取相应工程抗震对策;较详细地讨论了采用定数法和概率法相结合的方法,以提高评定地震危险性的可信度,并在此基础上确定设防标准规范;讨论了抗震对策,并提出若干具体方法和措施;指出城市和乡镇抗震对策对建设抗震城市和发展乡镇经济的重要作用,并分别提出制订城市和乡镇的抗震对策的意见;讨论了桥梁和大坝等重大工程的工程抗震对策及应注意的问题。最后在结语中指出了抗震对策和科研的依赖关系。
In the introduction, this paper mainly illustrates the significance of earthquake-resistant measures to mitigate the earthquake disaster based on past experience of earthquake damage. After that, it is argued that the earthquake resistance measures should be taken according to the earthquake damage mechanism of buildings and the methods of combination of the fixed number method and the probability method should be discussed in detail in order to improve the credibility of the assessment of seismic hazard, and on this basis, It also points out the important role of urban and rural anti-seismic measures in building earthquake-resistant cities and developing township economy, and puts forward opinions on formulating the anti-seismic measures of cities and towns separately.
