常见厚壁球墨铸铁件的粘砂比较容易解决,但是对于特厚高大铸件的粘砂,则是我厂一个老大难问题。我厂有部分铸件平均壁厚为250毫米,个别部位达300毫米,高度1米左右,每件重量大于2500公斤。这些铸件在刷石墨粉涂料时均产生不同程度的粘砂,有的因内孔严重粘砂而报废。自改用石墨——石英粉双层涂料工艺以来,同类型铸件的粘砂问题得到较好的解决。现介绍如下;
Common thick walled ductile iron pieces of sticky sand is relatively easy to solve, but for the thick, high-viscosity cast sand, it is a long-standing problem in our plant. I plant some castings average wall thickness of 250 mm, individual parts of 300 mm, a height of about 1 meter, each weighing more than 2500 kg. These castings have different levels of sticky sand when brushing graphite powder, and some are discarded due to the serious sticky sand in the inner hole. Since the switch to graphite - quartz powder double coating process, the same type of casting sticky sand problem is better solved. Now introduced as follows;
