关注细节,把小事做细,把细节做精,是个人、企业提高自身执行力的具体表现,常常能铸就一个人或企业的辉煌。伟大的建筑师密斯·凡·德罗,在被要求用一句话来概括他成功的原因时,他只说了五个字:魔鬼在细节。他强调说,不管你的建筑设计方案如何恢弘大气,如果负责将设计方案变成真实建筑的工人们执行力低下,无法将细节很好地完成,那么再伟大的建筑师也无法拥有好作品。
Paying attention to details, making small things detailed, and detailing the details are the concrete manifestations of individuals and companies improving their execution ability, and often can cast a person or company’s glory. The great architect Mies van der Rohe, when asked to sum up the reasons for his success in one sentence, said only five words: the devil is in the details. He stressed that no matter how constructive your architectural design is, if the workers who are in charge of designing projects into real buildings are underpowered and cannot complete the details well, then great architects cannot have good works.
