财行[2014]228号2014年8月20日第一章总则第一条为规范地方行政单位国有资产处置行为,维护国有资产的安全和完整,保障国家所有者权益,根据《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》和《行政单位国有资产管理暂行办法》,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于地方各级党的机关、政府机关、人大机关、政协机关、审判机关、检察机关、各民主党派机关(以下统称地方行政单位)国有资产处置工作。
Bank of China [2014] No. 228 August 20, 2014 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate the disposal of state-owned assets by local administrative units, safeguard the security and integrity of state-owned assets and safeguard the rights and interests of state owners, according to “ Regulations for the Prevention of Wastage and the Interim Measures for the Administration of State-owned Assets of Administrative Units ”. Article 2 This set of measures shall apply to the disposal of State-owned assets by Party organs, government agencies, people’s congresses, CPPCC organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs and various democratic parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as local administrative units) at local levels.
