读完了中信社出版的《肯德基——中国式进化》后,不由想起了德鲁克的一句话:企业的目的只有一个定义,即创造客户;只有两项职能,即营销和创新。按照中国人的烹调方法和饮食习惯,我们对西方食品基本上是持排斥态度的,可是,在现今的中国城市中,肯德基绝对是个家喻户晓的名字。
After reading the “KFC - Chinese Evolution” published by CITIC, I could not help but think of Drucker’s remark that the purpose of an enterprise is only one definition, that is, to create a customer; there are only two functions, namely, marketing and innovation. According to the Chinese cooking methods and eating habits, we basically reject the Western food. However, in today’s Chinese cities, KFC is definitely a household name.
