目的研究采用HPLC法测定复方酸枣仁软胶囊中阿魏酸和五味子甲素的方法。方法阿魏酸定量测定的色谱条件:色谱柱为迪马公司C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液(35∶65),检测波长为320 nm,体积流量为1 mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量为10μL;理论塔板数按阿魏酸峰计不低于3 000;五味子甲素定量的色谱条件:色谱柱为迪马公司C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(77∶33),检测波长为254 nm,体积流量为1 mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量为10μL。结果阿魏酸的线性范围9.8~49.0μg/mL(r=0.999 6);加样回收率试验RSD为1.98%;五味子甲素的线性范围8.8~44.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9);加样回收率试验RSD为0.98%。结论本方法准确、简便、可靠,可作为复方酸枣仁软胶囊质量控制的方法。
Objective To study the method for the determination of ferulic acid and schisandrin A in Fufang Suanzaoren soft capsule by HPLC. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 9.8-49.0 μg / mL (r = 0.999 6). The RSD of recovery was 1.98%. The linear range of deoxyschizandrin was 8.8-44.0 μg / mL (r = 0.999 9) The sample recovery test RSD was 0.98%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and reliable, and can be used as a quality control method for compound Suanzaoren soft capsules.
