小半径曲线钢轨侧磨是工务工程中普遍存在的问题 ,大量的钢轨磨耗缩短了钢轨使用寿命 ,增加了铁路运营成本。为了延长钢轨使用寿命 ,现场在曲线地段采取钢轨调边使用办法 ,取得了良好的效果。但在实施钢轨调边使用过程中 ,都是凭经验控制调边和下道的时间 ,缺乏根据和可操作性。本文通过曲线钢轨调边使用现状调查、侧磨钢轨强度有限元分析、现场动力试验和磨耗钢轨疲劳试验研究 ,提出了曲线钢轨调边使用技术条件。
Small radius curve rail side mill is a common problem in public works engineering, a large number of rail wear and tear shorten the service life of the rail and increase the railway operating costs. In order to extend the service life of the rail, on-the-spot rail alignment is used in curved sections and good results have been achieved. However, in the process of carrying out the use of rail alignment, control is based on experience and adjust the next phase of the time, lack of evidence and maneuverability. In this paper, the status quo of the use of curved rail alignment, the finite element analysis of the side rail strength, the on-site dynamic test and the fatigue test of the worn rail are presented. The technical conditions of the curved rail alignment are put forward.
