本文从有效发挥内部控制体系基本目标效用角度,结合中石化某油田内部控制建设情况,对其存在的不足与改进做出探讨,以达到推动我国企业内部控制建设实务水平进一步提高的目的。
In this paper, from the point of view of effectively exerting the effectiveness of the basic goal of internal control system and considering the internal control construction of a certain oilfield in Sinopec, the paper discusses the existing problems and improvements so as to further promote the practice level of internal control in our country.
