Full-thickness idiopathic macular holes severely compromise the patient’s central vision. Schocket et al [1] used argon laser to photocoagiate idiopathic macular holes and improve visual acuity after treatment. To evaluate the efficacy of Argon laser in the treatment of idiopathic macular holes, we retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of Argon-green laser treatment of patients with idiopathic macular hole recorded from March 1987 to July 1994 and the results are reported below. 1 disease
