目的探讨累积高敏C反应蛋白(cumCRP)与踝臂血压指数(ABI)的关系。方法本研究对完成ABI检测的观察对象11 933人进行分析,年龄(51.7±14.3)岁,其中男性7260人,占60.8%。依据cumCRP四分位将总人群分为4组,观察cumCRP对ABI的影响。结果随着cumCRP的增加,ABI<0.9的检出率逐渐增加(分别为2.9%、2.8%、3.1%、4.5%;P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析校正年龄、性别等混杂因素后,与第1四分位组相比,第2、3、4四分位组ABI<0.9的OR值(95%CI)分别为0.87(0.57~1.34)、0.93(0.60~1.42)和1.66(1.03~2.35)。结论 cumCRP是ABI<0.9的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cumulative high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (cumCRP) and ankle-brachial blood pressure index (ABI). Methods In this study, 11,933 people who completed the ABI test were analyzed. Their age was (51.7 ± 14.3) years old, of which 7260 were male, accounting for 60.8%. The total population was divided into 4 groups according to cumCRP quartiles to observe the effect of cumCRP on ABI. Results With the increase of cumCRP, the detection rate of ABI <0.9 gradually increased (2.9%, 2.8%, 3.1%, 4.5%, P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the ORs (95% CI) of ABI <0.9 in the second, third and fourth quartiles compared with the first quartile were 0.87 (0.57 ~ 1.34), 0.93 (0.60 ~ 1.42) and 1.66 (1.03 ~ 2.35). Conclusion cumCRP is a risk factor for ABI <0.9.
