英国电子出版物缴存计划在《法定缴存图书馆法》等立法和规章的保障下顺利开展。英国国家图书馆是接收缴存出版物的图书馆之一,在电子出版物缴存制定及实施过程中发挥主导,为电子出版物缴存得以实现提供了组织保障。英国电子出版物缴存计划的实施还需要不同部门的配合及多项措施的保障。电子出版物缴存计划的实施,首先应明确规定应缴存的不同类型出版物,将法定缴存与自愿缴存相结合,重视与出版商之间的合作。
The UK electronic publication deposit program was successfully implemented under the protection of legislation and regulations such as the Law on Depositing Libraries.
