利用5.8 mm弹道枪作为试验平台,通过在发射药内添加微量纳米硬质微粒的方法进行对比射击试验。结果表明,纳米硬质微粒对枪管内壁有极大的破坏作用,间接证明硬质火药残渣对枪炮管存在一定的破坏作用,并确定其破坏模式。可为今后的身管延寿技术研究提供一定的借鉴作用。
A 5.8 mm ballistic gun was used as a test platform for comparative fire tests by adding a small amount of nano-hard particles in the propellant. The results show that nano-hard particles on the barrel wall has a great damaging effect, indirectly proves that the hard gunpowder debris of gunpowder tube some damage, and determine the failure mode. It can provide a reference for the future research on life-long tube extension technology.
