通过建立一种可靠简便的Beagle犬肾移植模型,观察了伪手术组与模型组犬肾移植术后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)和一般情况变化。发现Beagle犬肾移植模型稳定;Beagle犬经肾移植术后第3天起,血清Scr和BUN迅速升高,Scr从术前61.1±1 3.5 μ mol/L上升到术后1153.9±124.4μmol/L,BUN从术前3.6 8±0.62 mmol/L到术后24.23±7.17 mmol/L,而伪手术组的Scr和BUN则一直稳定维持;一般情况观察和移植肾外观形态检查均发现典型的急性排斥反应表现。因此,该模型制作简便、可靠,稳定性高,可用于移植免疫学研究和免疫抑制剂药物的筛选。
By establishing a reliable and simple Beagle canine renal transplantation model, we observed the changes of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and the general situation after the kidney transplantation in sham operation group and model group. The Beagle dogs were found to be stable in the renal transplantation model. Scr and BUN increased rapidly from the third day after the kidney transplantation in Beagle dogs, and the Scr increased from 61.1 ± 1 3.5 μmol / L to 1153.9 ± 124.4 μmol / L , BUN from preoperative 3.6 8 ± 0.62 mmol / L to postoperative 24.23 ± 7.17 mmol / L, while the sham operation group Scr and BUN has been maintained; general observation and morphological examination of renal allograft found typical acute rejection Response performance. Therefore, the model is simple, reliable and stable. It can be used in immunology research and immunosuppressant drug screening.
