采用层次分析法,结合频度统计法与德尔菲法,建构城市商业公共空间的价值评价指标体系,依据模糊综合评价的流程建立相应因素集与备择集,转换为模糊评价的隶属度,构建城市商业公共空间模糊综合价值评估体系。通过对南京新街口商业广场的实例研究,分析验证了评估体系的有效性与适用性。对我国城镇化过程相关公共决策提供了技术支撑。 Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi method are used to construct the value evaluation index system of urban commercial public space. According to the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, corresponding factor sets and candidate sets are established, which are transformed into the membership of fuzzy evaluation.
