目的:为提高股骨颈骨折的治疗效果提供解剖学依据。方法:随机选取不同身高的健康成年人40 名,男、女各20 名。测量身高后,用CT 对其右侧髋关节扫描,利用计算机测出股骨颈的最小横截面积。应用回归与相关分析,得出成人身高与股骨颈最小横截面积的直线回归方程。结果:股骨颈的最小横截面积与身高成正的直线相关,直线回归方程为:y = - 1144 .60 ±11 .25 x 。结论:成人股骨颈的粗细有很大差别,在行股骨颈骨折内固定时,应注意内固定物体积对固定效果的影响,在保证内固定强度前提下,选用体积尽可能小的内固定物。
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for improving the therapeutic effect of femoral neck fracture. Methods: 40 randomly selected healthy adults of different height, 20 males and 20 females. After measuring the height, with the CT scan of the right hip, the computer used to measure the smallest cross-sectional area of the femoral neck. Using regression and correlation analysis, the linear regression equation between adult height and the femoral neck minimum cross-sectional area was obtained. Results: The smallest cross - sectional area of the femoral neck was related to the height of the straight line. The linear regression equation was: y = - 1144. 60 ± 11. 25 x. Conclusion: There are great differences in the thickness of the femoral neck in adults. When fixing the femoral neck fracture, the effect of the volume of the internal fixation on the fixation effect should be noticed. Under the premise of ensuring the internal fixation strength, the internal fixation should be as small as possible .
