本文给出了一种利用计算机进行铸钢齿轮(齿圈)胃口设计计算的方法,它既能计算出所设计冒口的全部参数,也能计算出铸件重量,工艺出品率,延续度等,同时又能把结果打印出来,这种方法修改方便,结果精确,速度快效率高,解决了过去手工计算繁琐复杂和不精确的问题。
In this paper, a method of calculating the appetite of cast steel gear (ring gear) by computer is given. It not only can calculate all the parameters of riser, but also calculate the weight of castings, But also to print out the results, this method is easy to modify, the result is accurate, high speed and efficiency, to solve the complicated and inaccurate calculation of the past complicated manual.
