在车辆工程学的强度研究中,疲劳分析方法得到越来越多的应用。但这种应用多以估算构件的寿命和确定构件的结构及尺寸为目的。采用的方法是把各种典型工况的载荷谱按一定比率加以合成并扩展,以合成载荷谱为计算依据,不分别研究各典型工况载荷谱的疲劳损伤作用。在进行拖拉机使用调查中发现,虽然拖拉机是兼作多种作业的农用动力机械,但其支承系统的损坏(指随机颠簸动载荷作用下的高周疲劳损坏)多在运输
In the study of the strength of vehicle engineering, the fatigue analysis method is getting more and more applications. However, this application is mostly aimed at estimating the life of the component and determining the structure and size of the component. The method used is to synthesize and expand the load spectrum of all kinds of typical working conditions according to a certain ratio. Based on the synthetic load spectrum, the fatigue damage effects of the typical load spectrum are not studied separately. In the investigation of tractor use, it was found that although the tractor is a kind of agricultural power machinery which doubles as a variety of operations, the damage to the supporting system (that is, the high-frequency fatigue damage under the random rocking dynamic load)
