聚羧酸系高性能减水剂对混凝土骨料中含泥量的敏感性是制约其在预拌混凝土行业进一步推广的重要原因。本文从对聚羧酸高性能减水剂的分子结构进行优化设计、合成新型结构的聚羧酸减水剂,复配其它小分子牺牲剂的角度出发,综述了近十余年相关领域的最新研究,并在此基础上总结了具有抗泥功效的聚羧酸高性能减水剂在结构控制合成上的基本思路和实现途径。
The sensitivity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer to clay content in concrete aggregate is an important reason that restricts its further promotion in ready-mixed concrete industry. In this paper, we review the molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, synthesize a new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and compose other small molecule sacrificial agents. Based on this, the basic ideas and realization approaches of structural control and synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with anti-mud effect are summarized.
