油气站场动设备的维修方案一直存在维修资源分配不合理的问题,其重要原因之一就是在生产实践中往往难以分清设备的重要度而盲目投入。为了改善这一状况,有必要针对海洋油气平台上部动设备重要度评估进行研究。本研究利用层次分析法,首先建立合理的评估指标,再依次进行递阶层次结构与判断矩阵的构建,一致性检验,层次单排序和层次总排序,并最终确定海洋油气平台四种常见动设备的重要度。评估结果符合现场实际,表明层次分析法适合海上油气平台动设备的重要度评估,为海上油气平台动设备维修资源的优化配置提供了新的导向。
