用双电极在体记录法,观察芫花醇和无水醇对中、晚期孕兔子宫平滑肌电活动的影响。结果为:芫花醇能使子宫平滑肌电活动的爆发波显著地增加,p<0.01,每个爆发波中动作电位数目明显增加,p<0.05,单波显著地减少,p<0.01。无水醇对上述指标的影响不明显,p>0.05。本文对芫花醇引产的机理也作了进一步的分析,以对芫花作为有效的引产药物提供理论依据。
Using two-electrode in vivo recording method, we observed the effects of ellaghydrol and anhydrous alcohol on the activity of uterine smooth muscle of middle and late pregnancy rabbits. The result was that ellafol significantly increased the outbreak wave of uterine smooth muscle electrical activity, p<0.01, and the number of action potentials in each burst wave increased significantly (p<0.05). The single wave significantly decreased, p<0.01. The effect of anhydrous alcohol on the above indicators was not obvious, p>0.05. In this paper, the mechanism of induction of ellagitol production was further analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the effective induction of anthrax production.
