文章引入经济理论中常用的全要素产出模型来解释最低工资对外商直接投资企业规模的影响,本文发现最低工资的提高,有助于中国内销型外商直接投资企业规模的扩张,而有害于外销型外商投资企业的发展,从而发现最低工资的提高将引起外商直接投资企业的产业结构升级这一结论。 This paper introduces the common factor output model in economic theory to explain the influence of minimum wage on the scale of foreign direct investment enterprises. This paper finds that the increase of minimum wage helps to expand the size of Chinese-domestically-oriented foreign direct investment enterprises and is harmful to export Type foreign-invested enterprises, and find that the increase of the minimum wage will cause the industrial structure of foreign-invested enterprises to upgrade.
