为了从根本上解决瓦斯爆炸的危害 ,提出了一种防治瓦斯爆炸的新方法 ,即绝热氧化法。该项技术的基本原理是 :将接近爆炸浓度的含瓦斯气体稀释至爆炸浓度以下 ,再通过负压转移系统送入瓦斯绝热氧化净化系统 ,并对残余气体进行二次处理 ,使瓦斯气体中的 CH4 氧化成无爆炸危险的 CO2 和 H2 O。实验是在 CH4 ≤ 5 %的条件下进行的。实验采用了自行设计的密封式瓦斯绝热氧化净化装置
In order to fundamentally solve the hazard of gas explosion, a new method of preventing gas explosion is proposed, that is adiabatic oxidation method. The basic principle of this technology is: to dilute the gas containing gas close to the explosion concentration to below the explosion concentration, and then to the gas adiabatic oxidation purification system through the negative pressure transfer system, and to process the residual gas for the second time so that the CH4 is oxidized to CO2 and H2 without danger of explosion.
