目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法:将58例肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,对照组患者采用西药治疗,应用强的松、抗凝、降脂、保护胃黏膜、利尿、ACEI制剂等;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上,根据辨证施治的原则采用中药治疗.结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为96.6％,对照组患者总有效率为85.7％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗肾病综合征临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.
