采用基质固相分散-高效液相色法测定电子烟烟油中的苯并[α]芘(B[α]P),电子烟烟油样品用硅胶分散,然后用带柱层析净化功能的索氏提取器净化,经提取净化后的样品用超高效液相色谱-荧光检测测定,该方法中B[α]P的检出限为3.5 ng/m L,定量限为10.0 ng/m L,样品B[α]P加标回收率在91.2%~95.7%之间。采用该方法的样品前处理可避免常规样品前处理过程中的多次转移、浓缩,简化了操作步骤,缩短了前处理时间,有效减少分析误差,且有机溶剂用量大大减少,减少了对环境的污染。该方法用于电子烟烟油样品的测定,结果令人满意。
