温度对半闭弯尾姬蜂发育和性比的影响

在室内条件下,研究温度对半闭弯尾姬蜂Diadegma semiclausum Hellen发育历期和性比的影响。结果表明:在15~27℃的范围内,半闭弯尾姬蜂的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,完成一个世代在15℃时需要35.97d;20℃时需要21.75d;22℃时需要18.57d;25℃时需要14.92d;27℃时需要14.29d。半闭弯尾姬蜂由产卵至羽化完成一个世代的发育起点温度为7.53℃,有效积温为269.07日度。在15~25℃的范围内,20℃时雌蜂比例最大,雌雄(♀:♂)性比为0.95,温度超过25℃,雌蜂比例明显降低,温度为27℃时,性比仅为0.25。综合温度对发育历期和性比的影响,室内繁殖半闭弯尾姬蜂以22℃为最适合温度。 The effects of temperature on the developmental duration and sex ratio of Diadegma semiclausum Hellen were studied under laboratory conditions. The results showed that in the range of 15 ~ 27 ℃, the developmental period of C. semicius was shortened with the increase of temperature, 35.97 days were needed to complete one generation at 15 ℃, 21.75 days at 20 ℃, 22 18.57d at ° C, 14.92d at 25 ° C, and 14.29d at 27 ° C. Half-closed Bend wasps from oviposition to eclosion to complete the development of a generation starting temperature of 7.53 ℃, the effective accumulated temperature of 269. 07 on the day. The ratio of female to male (♀: ♂) was the highest in the range of 15 ~ 25 ℃ at 20 ℃, while the ratio of male to female was significantly lower at the temperature higher than 25 ℃. When the temperature was 27 ℃, the ratio was only 0.25 . The effects of temperature on the developmental period and sex ratio were studied. The optimum temperature was 22 ℃ for the reproduction of C. semipinnatae in laboratory.
