采用自行研制的焊丝,用脉冲氩弧焊工艺对LC9CS超硬铝薄板试样进行焊接,并对试样进行淬火+人工时效处理。对热处理前后焊接接头的金相组织、抗拉强度和拉伸断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:热处理后焊接试样的抗拉强度达480MPa,与母材接近,比焊态提高约80%。焊态焊缝组织为α(Al)+树枝状共晶,接头拉伸断裂以穿晶断裂为主;热处理后,焊缝组织为类似等轴晶内分布有粒状、条状共晶,接头拉伸断裂以沿晶断裂为主。
Self-developed welding wire, pulsed TIG welding process LC9CS super-hard aluminum sheet welding, and the sample quenching + artificial aging treatment. The microstructure, tensile strength and tensile fracture morphology of welded joints before and after heat treatment were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded samples after heat treatment reaches 480MPa, which is close to that of the base metal and increases about 80% compared with the welded state. The microstructure of the weld was α (Al) + dendritic eutectic. The tensile fracture of the joint was dominated by transgranular fracture. After heat treatment, the microstructure of the weld was similar to that of the equiaxed grains. Stretching rupture to the main crystal fracture.
