众所周知,含锰并和银紧密共生的含锰银矿石是不宜用常规方法处理的。离析法主要是用于从氧化和氧化-硫化物矿石中回收铜。用2~3因素试验设计方法研究的离析-浮选法是从难选含锰银矿石中回收银的一种新的可供选择的方法。在实验室对某一含锰银矿石进行了研究,矿石含铜0.02%、含铅0.09%、含锌0.33%、含锰12.55%、含银187g/t。研究设计主要是考察盐、焦粉和铜(I)氧化物加入量对银回收率的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度为750℃、盐(NaCI) 加入量2%、焦粉加入量1%和培烧时间30分钟的条件下,在没有加入铜氧化物时,银的回收率为79.3%,而当加入1.5%铜氧化物时,银的回收率为88.4%、结论是加入铜氧化物能改善银的回收率。
As we all know, manganese and silver symbiosis with manganese silver ore should not be treated by conventional methods. The separation method is mainly used to recover copper from oxidized and oxidized-sulphide ores. The segregation-flotation method, which was studied using a 2 to 3 factorial experimental design method, is a new alternative method for recovering silver from refractory manganese-bearing silver ores. In the laboratory of a manganese-containing silver ore was studied, the ore containing copper 0.02%, lead 0.09%, zinc 0.33%, 12.55% manganese, silver 187g / t. The research design mainly investigated the effect of salt, coke powder and copper (I) oxide addition on silver recovery. The results showed that the silver recovery was 79.3 at the calcination temperature of 750 ℃, the addition of NaCI 2%, the coke addition 1% and the calcination time 30 minutes without copper oxide addition %, While when 1.5% copper oxide was added, the silver recovery was 88.4%, concluding that the addition of copper oxide improved the silver recovery.
