为探讨安全氛围因子对煤矿员工安全绩效的影响,回顾和总结国内外安全氛围因子研究的情况,提出安全氛围包含安全知识和意识、监督支持环境、安全参与和交流、管理层安全态度、教育培训5个因子。构建安全氛围因子与员工个人安全绩效的关系的结构方程模型(SEM),应用统计分析的方法(AMOS7.0)对安全氛围测量量表的数据进行分析,并对模型进行检验、修正。结果表明,安全氛围5个因子均对个人安全绩效有显著正向接影响,同时管理层安全态度、监督支持环境、教育培训通过影响其他因子,对个人安全绩效有间接作用。
In order to explore the influence of safety climate factors on the safety performance of coal miners, this paper reviews and summarizes the research on safety climate factors at home and abroad, and proposes that the safety climate should include safety knowledge and awareness, supervision and support environment, safety participation and exchange, management safety attitude, education and training Five factors. The structural equation model (SEM) was constructed to construct the relationship between safety climate factor and employee personal safety performance. The data of safety atmosphere measurement scale was analyzed by means of statistical analysis (AMOS7.0), and the model was tested and corrected. The results show that all five factors of safety atmosphere have a significant positive impact on personal safety performance. At the same time, management attaches importance to safety attitude and supervises supportive environment. Education and training have an indirect effect on personal safety performance by affecting other factors.
