固定资产管理在企业的资产管理中占有举足轻重的地位,其管理水平的高低对资产的安全性、完整性有着非常重要的意义。然而随着时代的发展,传统“账、卡、物”模式的管理弊端已日益凸显,无论从质量上还是效率上,都难以适应现代企业管理信息化的需要。因此,引入高效率、低成本、高信息化的管理新模式显得尤为必要。
The management of fixed asset plays a decisive role in the asset management of an enterprise. The level of its management is of great significance to the safety and completeness of the asset. However, with the development of the times, the traditional malpractices of “account, card, object” mode have become increasingly prominent, which are difficult to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise management informatization both in quality and efficiency. Therefore, the introduction of high efficiency, low cost, high information management model is particularly necessary.
