回族饮茶历史源远流长,饮茶在各地回族带有普遍性,本文对此现象,用回族茶文化概念,探索回族茶文化的差异性与共同性。首先采用文化人类学中“文化丛”研究分析方法,在民族志基础上进行资料再发现,对茶文化基本“要素”重新分类,试图建立回族茶文化的内容、特点等基本知识。然后引入现代人类学的视角,着重从茶在回族社会生活中的礼仪所包含的“无意识结构”、“默认知识”中挖掘文化“编码”的结构,分析茶的符号象征作用,并提出一些“解码”的途径,以期推动该问题的研究并对回族茶文化的产业开发提供“原生态知识”背景。
The tea drinking history of the Hui people goes back to ancient times. Drinking tea is universal in all the Hui nationality. This paper uses the concept of Hui tea culture to explore the differences and commonality of Hui tea culture. First of all, using the research methods of “Cultural Plexus” in cultural anthropology, re-discovering the basic “elements” of tea culture based on the ethnography and trying to establish the basic knowledge of the content and characteristics of the tea culture of the Hui ethnic group . Then it introduces the perspective of modern anthropology and emphasizes on the structure of tea culture in the “unconscious structure” and “default knowledge” contained in etiquette in the social life of Hui people, and analyzes the tea symbolic symbol And put forward some ways of “decoding”, with a view to promoting the research of the issue and providing the background of “original ecological knowledge” to the industrial development of the tea culture of the Hui people.
